I'm Manuella (also goes by Ella), a Brazilian transplanted to Portland, Oregon. Back home I went to architecture school and started working at a design firm very early on. Since 2008 I have been eating blueprints for breakfast! My experience is mostly with interior architecture (condos and vacation homes and lots of custom cabinetry).

When I moved here I had to start over and decided to go back to school, interior design this time around. I recently graduated from Interior Design School, with Kitchen & Bath Design and Interior Furnishings certificate.

I like color (lots of it), bold patterns and modern lines. Coming from an historic city (Recife, Brazil), I also love traditional and vintage design. I define my style as a modern take on traditional elegance.

In my spare time I like to garden, practicing dance and I just started drums lessons!
